Rear bumper not repaired

Good day,

In September 2012 I was involved in an accident on the N1 North Highway where one of your employee collided with my car and damaged my rear bumper. He then gave me the particulars of the claim practitioner: Ms Cathy Bezuidenhout which I later contacted of the matter.

I was been liaising with her via email, she instructed me on documents required for them to process my case and to get my car repaired and I did as requested.

In January 2013 I contacted her again via email informing her that I have not been contacted by the department for feedback or to arrange repairing my car and she replied that she will give me feedback. Last week again I contacted her that I am still waiting for a response and now it is becoming an inconvenience that I have to always contact her for any progress in repairing my car, till to date she has not contacted me.

This is unacceptable that I have to be inconvenience because the department does not follow through with my case & repair my car. I am not satisfied of how she has handled and treated my case.

I have been far too patient & understanding but this is unacceptable would like it to be sorted promptly
