Delays Poor Service delivery!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Cowley Motors in June 2013 and the deal included "On the road costs" which included the licencing and registering the vehicle on my name. It was promised to me that i would have the new licence and reg papers within a few days of purchasing which did not happen. its now almost 3 months later and after numerous promises nothing has happened. Every time i have made contact with the sales person he assures me he will have it tomorrow but never follows through!!! really poor client experience. I'm sure when you paying upwards of R90 000 for something the service should fit the bill which in this case it definitely does not!
