Promises off road training never materialises

I purchased a new Land Rover Free Lander from MGM Motors in Mokopane just more than a year ago. As part of the deal I was promised a free off road training course by Land Rover at their Land Rover Experience facility in Pretoria - which still has not happened. Over the last year I have made numerous enquiries, contacted Land Rover's call centre on at least three occasions, spoke to the original salesman twice, asked the service desk at Land Rover Silver Lakes to sort it out and spoke to Land Rover Experience in person. I forwarded them an e-mail that was sent to me by the salesman in which he told me that I can contact Land Rover Experience directly to book my course. The lady at Land Rover Experience confirmed receipt of the e-mail and promised to look into the matter with a secondary promise that she will then arrange for my off road training on Saturday, 14 September, i.e. the day after tomorrow. They promised to "revert you soonest" as per her e-mail but again, needless to say, they have gone dead quiet once more. I am off on a off road trip from 19 September to 25 September and dearly wanted the training done before then but it is starting to look really unlikely.
