Miss Leading Advert for Discount Diesel on Sundays

I regularly fill up diesel at Athol Heights Service Station (caltex) on Blair Athol Road in Westville. They normally advertise discount diesel 50pp on sundays. On 22 September 2013, They advertised diesel at a discounted rate, when approached the bowser to fill my tank, i notice that the price was the normal rate of R13.43. I called the supervisor and informed him of the advertised price and the price at the bowser were different. He said he he was aware and was unable to assist, although he informed the owner about it. I fill up diesel daily at this garage on an average spend of R5500 per month... This is poor management of the service station which leads customers like my self being cheated at the bowser had i not notice the price discrepency. A response from Caltex SA is required.
