Contaminated fuel filled in my ca

On the 6th of Dec I went to Caltex kempton festival mall to fill up the car with a diesel. I drove the car after filling up for 7 km's to my house. The following day when I drove the car, I got stuck on the road, as the car cut off and did not start anymore. I called my husband for assistance, he them came and tow the car to the house, the following day he got the mechanic to check the car, only to find out that the diesel was contaminated with petrol. Monday morning the 9th I went straight to the garage to report the incident, is spoke with the station operator who then introduced me to the station supervisor. They showed professionalism during the interaction with them. Video footage was observed even though it was not clear enough for someone who doesn't know the operation. The matter was then escalated to the station manager who is Werner Wiese and he manage to come through to meet us on the 11 Dec, his approach to me compared to his subordinates was poor. He came with concluded mind that my incident is invalid he was even laughing to show unprofessional ism, His final words was that he won't be able to assist me further. Going forward I will never use Caltex service station.
