Dirty toilets broken doors

On the 29th of september 2013 i visited the mall. During our visit we made use of the ladies toilets at the new entrance between spur and keg. It was arround 16h00. Using the toilet we found that the door can lock, I told the cleaner that the door cant lock and she said there was nothing she can do about it. Today we had to use the the same bathroom. I felt like i could have a dettol bath after i went into the toilet. It was smelly, dirty, stuff on the floors and NO TOILET PAPER. I think this is discusting.
