Shocking Service levels and quality control

My car was serviced with BarloWorld Toyota in Centurion on 10 September 2013. Apart from being out of stock on consumables which I had requested to be repaired, The vehicle was returned to me less then perfect. The electric windows were not working properly and the Glove compartment had come completely loose because it had not been replaced properly.
I was also informed that the maintenance plan would not cover for the consumables as it expired at 90 000kms (I had taken my car in at 90400 knowing that the service allows for 1000kms either side.) It was never communicated to me either directly or Via a contract.
I also asked for a valuation and for a deal to be structured on a new replacement model Auris. I am still waiting.
I asked for a quote on an extended maintenance plan with Carol. I am still wait.
I am shocked and disappointed at this service levels from Toyota. These services are not for free. inevitably i pay for it.
I guess everything does not keep going right then!
