3 months to get a radio claimed processed

Cars & Transport

On the 16 July 2013 I reported my Kia Rio radio as being faulty to Wayne Potts my service consultant. He had it checked out and admitted that it was faulty and that he will start processing a claim as soon as possible.
The entire July month I heard nothing. In August I started calling to be told that he was processing the claim. Finally after persistent calling I was told to bring the car on the 2 September for a resistance test to establish if the radio was indeed defective.
Since then no response. I called from the 5 September to 9 Septemeber to be told that Mr Potts was off sick. I was asked to speak to someone else then the call was referred to Wayne in workshop who listen but did not do anything. I called again on the 10 and this time on my insistence I was referred to Phillip the workshop manger. He listen and said Wayne will call me back. He left a message on my phoneon 12 September but cannot be reach when I call Kia. I left countless messages at reception by Tish where no one returns my calls and everyone is unavailable. I also report this online to Kia CUstomer Service on the 10 September to Brendon Braff and up till now has gotten no reply. I am frustrated with Kia South
