Stay Away!!! Your move WILL NOT BE EEZI!!!

This company moved my house's contend. The fact that they arrive 2, 5 hours late and that they didn't have a big enough truck is minor to the damage their crew made to the floors. They now claim that they cannot be held responsible for scratching the newly sanded parquet floors. I've tried talking, pleading and even begging them to please fixed the floors, because my R11000 deposit is being held by the owners of the property. They don't reply to messages or emails. And the manager, Chris is NEVER available!!!
Please do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company!!!
