Eezi Move
Worse service ever!!!

This was the worst service ever. We were informed by Yolande that our move would leave Pretoria on the 7th of March 2013 and will be delivered to us in Cape Town on the 8th before 22H00. Not once did we receive a call from Yolande confirming that the truck has left. We had to phone and leave message for her, which was not returned. After phoning again on the 8th to confirm we were told that it will only be the 9th. This morning I phoned to confirm where our move was and I was informed that the load will be here any minute. An hour after phoning I contacted them again only to be told that the truck is in George??? When I asked how it is possible from around the corner to George I was told that they have a lot of customers that is Kobus on this loads and they will speak to the Cape Town branch. Again I waited!!! I phoned again and was informed that the truck will only be here on the 10th. Not once did I get a phone call from Eezi Move to tell me what the situation was. This was surely the worst service I have ever experienced and I will not recommend them to any one.
