Not willing to help out "poor managment"

Well I bought a scooter 1 year ago from Jonway, for R10500 - and from month three I have had countless issues, first my exhaust fell off then the speedocable broke, then I took it I. For a service which I was then told I had too replace the roller clutches amongst other parts on the bike, this is now month 6 where I asked to please get a new bike as I believe this bike is a faulty one, I then took the bike in again and had it's 4000 kilometer service which I told the workshop my bike Is not reaching even 70kms an hour and when it does it cuts the engine, so after they serviced it I got on my bike again and it got to 60kms an hour and started cutting out "Once again", so I called Martie who is in customer care at the head office in Jonway JHB and said too martie that I think she needs too take this up with management and tell them no matter where I take the bike to get fixed it is not coming right!!! I got a response this morning from Martie saying that management are not interested in Replacing their faulty bike and that I should send it away too get looked at by another branch (plus minus 3 weeks with no loan bike or transport to get too work) I think it it is very wrong! HELP
