Pathetic service

I went there in teh morning
i waited for 5 minutes and there where no cars
i waited and even hooted so i can get assitance
there was a very dark lady standing at the door, staring at me saying nothing about the shift that are being swapped and what so ever

after 10 minutes of the long wait a guy came to me to advice me that they are changing their
i think its not customer service unlike waiting they could have told me they changing shift
and how can they change their shuifts at 06:45

i missed makgabane he is the only person that knows how to treat his customers
