I walked into the bank at 12.50 to get a bank statement the man assisting me could not print a statement and ended up printing a transaction list which took 10 minutes, I then wanted to leave the bank only to find the door locked when I returned to the man who assisted me he said they would open for me in 5 minutes after waiting for 15 minutes I became annoyed and tried to ask the tellers who were behind another door and knocked on the security door leading to the back of the bank only to hear a lady yelling foul language at me, the guy who assisted was ignoring me and not interested in trying to assist I had left my 10 year old son at school to finish a sports game. The saga continued and eventually I was confronted by a rude lady an hour and 15 minutes after I entered the bank who only tried to shift the blame onto another colleague and made like I was at fault, when I reached the school I found my son standing alone crying as he did not know what had happened to me I found the whole experience unacceptable and have never heard of a bank that locks there customers in!!
