No response after a request for assistance

Yesterday I had a slow leak on my tyre and called Club McCarthy at 08h00 to find out if they could assist. After promising to get back there was no response.

I purchased memebership when I bought my new car 2 years ago and yesterday was my first request for help.

I would like Club McCarthy to reimburse my membeship costs for the past 2 years or provide AA roadside assistance for 2 years starting today.

I am very dissappointed with their poor service. You think you will be getting service if you have trouble but all you get is a rip off.
