For the past two months, club McCarthy has been deducting R40 from my account. I reversed the first debit order and now there is a second one. I dont know who gave McCarthy permission to debit my account on a monthly basis but i want it to STOP WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. Its time consuming to constantly go to the branch to reverse the debit order. I also need to understand what the debit order is for. I tried calling the call centre but Im being referred from one person to another and no one is able to assist.
