Lying That Car Is A Write Off

31 August my VW was broken into in Norwood. The car was towed to Wynberg PB the following day.
The ignition and central locking was damaged as long as the dashboard, ignition and central locking systems.
The insurance is PSG which gave the go ahead. To my knowledge and insurances knowledge no one was told that the car was claimed to be a right off for any of these small reasons. The car has never been in an accident before So the lady Des called me last week claiming the car was a right off. (Yes sure Nice try you filthy lying pig) that can't even fix any slightly damaged car need alone a remote controlled car.
So I went there with an attorney to confront them who has 18 years experience in the motor industry.
They then claimed that there assessor told them that the car was a right off. (Nice excuse but the assessors and Panel beaters work together the AH's.
I then went to go see my insurance and they weren't informed also that the car was a right off.
So what they planned is that I would except a payout of R54-000 for my car which was initially bought for
R110 -000 they would then sell my car for a nice profit or keep it for themselves as a company car.
What a bunch of nts
