We took our Ford Figo to the above mentioned branch for a routine service on 06/09/2013. On arrival we were asked if we want to have an aircon servive added at R250 extra. At no time were we informed that the price was excl VAT. We were not told that there would be an additional R250 charge for an aircon filter, nor were we told that the aircon service included an additional R79 charge for aircon spray. When one thinks of a service, one thinks all inclusive. And then also to find out that the technician replaced the wiper blades, for which we were never consulted about. When confronting the service consultant he said he would take it up with his manager and try get a refund for us, we could expect a call on 09/09/2013. It is now 7 days after the promised date and we haven't heard a word. We have phoned 3 times to follow up without success. We were however contacted by another service consultant offering us some form of rewards programme and communication via email which has not been received. If we do not get satisfactory results, we will go to the consumer protection ombudsman. We are disgusted in this service.
