Rejection of repudiation of claim

The above request to claim arose after my laptop bag was from my car boot.
My job as a Consultant requires me traveling to my various Clients during the day. I parked my car, took what I needed from my boot, closed the boot, locked my car with the remote device and walked away.
On return to my car, approximately 1-2 hours later, I unlocked my car with the remote device, got in and drove off to my office. There was no other stops that I made. On opening my boot for my bag, I realized I had been robbed! I was a victim of Remote Jamming!!

I am claiming for personal belongings that was in the bag and the bag itself. Owing to no forced entry SIL (Standard Ins Limited) repudiated unjustly, as remote jamming has become a known modes operandi for criminals.(as per SAPS). SIL indicated claim, as they asked for invoice ad pricing of articles. Two months later they reject claim! Incident was reported to SAPS CAS no. 536/2/2013.
