Poor customer service

I used Willard batteries as I consider it to be the best. Unfortunately this was not the case with my last purchase. After 19 months it dies on me, lucky home and not on the roadside. I did take it to Westham Motor Spare for a test and a recharging. After 2 days off charging in was told the battery was not charging. I did express my disappointment and all they said I must buy a new one or call Willard on 0860120012.Which I call on Friday 12.09.13 at 14.30 I was told to call 031 7012269. This is where I spoke to a rude Sales rep Mark Lowden. He never even listen to what I have to say but said I should buy a new battery as the warranty is expired or call back on Monday 16.09.13 to speak toAnnum Mahir. I felt that Mr M Lowden could have just taken my number for Mr A Mahir to call me. After experiencing this poor customer service I am not sure which left more depressed losing R850.00 which I spent on my battery which only lasted 19months, compared to disappointing service I received. It makes one wonder if customer service or money that counts. I am now without a battery for my ca
