One of our reps were left STRANDED at Windhoek Intl Airport due to Avis not honouring a booking. The booking was made on the 16th of August 2013 with Pumelo. Yet when our rep got there, there was no booking made. This is not the first time that this has happened! I am FURIOUS that I am unable to speak to anyone in management, the excuse, "they're all in meetings with the supervisors". I am sorry, but CORRECT client service, would be to speak to the ANGRY client instead of having meetings which don't work. I would like someone to call me back IMMEDIATLEY to give me an explanation as to why Avis did not honour my booking and why they aren't prepared to help me now!
