I am driving a rental vehicle from EuropCar, and unfortunately my car has one of those features where it automatically turns off the headlights when you lock the car. Sure enough I parked with the lights on. When I returned to the car the remote was no longer functioning, after I gained access to the car I quickly realised that I could not start the car.

I got into contact with the call centre and I am proud to say a driver was sent out with a replacement vehicle and the response time was amazing to say the least. Thanks very much to Mr Baloyi and his colleagues at the call centre.
