On 10 September 2013 my car was booked in at VDS after I had an accident. My car was assigned to Joe. He called me frequently to keep me up to date with the progress on the car from receiving parts till all work had been completed. He kept to his words. Thanks for the excellent customer service and efficiency which is very rare in this day and age, but most of all thanks for the professional work done. Very much appreciated.
