I purchased my 1st car in November 2012 at Mercity Premium cars in Mayfair and Mohammed was the person I bought the car from. He requested an amount of R3500 extra so that he can sort out change of ownership, number plates etc of which I gave to him seeing as I knew nothing about all these things @ the time I was also promised a spare key. All of which till this day have not been done. I was pulled over by Metro police this morning and was informed that My number plate and disc number are not the same and now I have to ensure that I get it all sorted out as they have taken my number plate and i have until tomorrow to get a new one or else I will be arrested for.
