Continuous bad service from Audi N1 City

Whilst driving my car on 9 November, it had a electrical shutdown. After pulling to the side of the road, I called Audi assist, only to be told they could not collect the vehicle as they did not work on weekends! I was then forced to drive the vehicle, which could not go faster than 40km/h, to my home some distance away.

The final straw was when I received my car back from Audi N1 City and the petrol tank was COMPLETELY empty. The indicator showed that the car could go 0kms. Fortunately there was a petrol station very nearby and I managed to get there (I worked late, so I could really have been stuck).

No explanation given except that it was a damaged piston and that Audi had improved that part now, so this shouldn't happen again. Which raised the question, why did the part have to be improved?

I also needed to have 2 tyres replaced as the tread was dangerously worn due to the fact that I was not informed that I needed to rotate the tyres approximately every 8 000km.

I emailed Marinus Kritzinger the above complaints on 17 December and he was efficient in acknowledging my email. He also indicated that a manager would get back to me but this has still not happened
