Failure to supply docs

Afte having a new engine installed in our car over a year ago we are still requesting the part numbers used on the car. why? because the car is again. lying dispicable people at vw pinetown / alpine vw, whatever happened to just being honest do your job and do it right if not for us the customer you would have no job. i have a gut feeling they used old parts and claimed new parts and are covering it up. why all the secrecy then!! liars!! so now they will go make up things and part numbers hopefully and send some through so we can strip the entire car and check each part number. what a load of . all we wanted was a new engine and vwsa and vw pinetown are doing nothing but lying i mean it is over a year already and they still faxing it that machine must be as dumb as they are really.
