I would like to personally thank Jean, patricia, the managers at Audi Mbombela and Audi South Africa for really going the extra mile for me with my last car service and parts exchange. My car had exceeded its 100 000 maintenance plan marker by only 30 km's and Jean, Patricia, the branch Manager and Audi SA still exchanged parts for me at no charge under warranty. This truly shows dedication to customer service and I honestly feel like a valued customer to their branch. Thank you very much for your great customer service, keep it up guys!
