Replaced engine no invoice/part numbers given

Last year we had to have the engine replaced according to vw pinetown and vwsa. its now headed to the 6th month marker and we have not recieved the car part numbers that where used on the vehicle. they said they replaced the entiire engine however i feel if they had done that they should have been able to give us the information the day we took thte car. we have made hundereds of rands in calls to the vwsa customer care i think it is and spoke to elvah and her collegues and none of them have assisted us, we did the same with vw in pinetown and they didnt help from the top management to the service advisors. why can we not get this information? are they blatent liars? they ripped our tyre and damaged our mag and that took months to replace so to me that means they test drive peoples vehicles any which way they feel with no responsibility and do as they feel. this lack of service is disgusting to say the least.
