POOR SERVICE AND WORST REACTION

I went to theMitsubishi branch in George asking for a demo ASX. Willem had one and I was prepared to trade my Isuzu bakkie.

He inspected my bakkie very thoroughly and after about an hour he made me a proposal I accepted and told him that I will bring my wife the next morning to test drive and then sigh the deal. The next morning (Saturday past), we drove the car and when we were ready to sign, Willem told us he had made a mistake on the bakkie quotation and it will now be R 20 000 less than what he initially work out. I understand mistakes but he has been in the trade for 12 years. You can imagine the fool felt how disappointed we were.

Poor show Willem and your boss.
