Car Refinanced

I'm posting my complaint again. Volvo did respond with "unfortunetely they can't help us, we have to phone Renault" but we bought the car at VOLVO WITBANK'S 2ND HAND CAR Department. Untill today, no help or anything received!!! "In 2008 we bought a Reault Megane 1.6 Shake-it 2006 model. In 2009 we went under debt councelling. Last year (2012) the outstanding amount on the car was /- R80 000.00 (on the statements), when we received the next statement, the amount was R500 000.00?? After a lot of phone calls we found out the car was refinanced extending the time period that was left from 36 months to 136 months?? This was done without us giving permission to do so! We had to sell our house so that we could go out under debt counselling and pay of all our debt. We asked for a better price on the car, but they refusded to help us. They wanted R189 000.00 for a car that's not even worth R80 000.00!! Shouldn't they have changed the time period back to the original agreement? We feel that we were misstreated and over charged. In November 2012, we lodged a complaint. Untill now there were no help or any response. They just took all our money and we have to suffer! "
