Superb service

Being in the market for a new car I was put in touch with Willem at NTT Volkswagen. As I work in Boksburg, Willem drove all the way out from Heidelberg to assess my trade-in. He called a few days later giving me a super trade-in value on my existing vehicle and sourced a suitable car for me to view. He then brought the vehicle through to me to view - immaculate condition. Willem reverted to me concerning acceptance by the banks (3 off) and provided me information on what they are offering in terms of interest rates, etc. He drove the whole process through and arranged for a tracking system and smash n grab to be fitted prior to delivery. On delivery of the vehicle to me by Willem, there was a huge present in the car and a full tank of petrol.

It is unbelievable in this day and age that such superb service exists. To the NTT Volkswagen team and, in particular, Willem, I thank you so very much and am enjoying my new car immensely. Highly recommended if ever you are looking for a vehicle.
