Owner shouts at custome

I sent my vehicle to the Linmeyer branch to have the engine repaired.
That was a month ago.
I have been making periodic stops at the workshop to check on the progress of the repairs.
I was patient and understanding as the shop is busy.
After stopping by in the morning on Friday 7th Sept, I was told that the torque settings were being done and that the head had been fitted.
I was also told that the mechanic would continue working on the vehicle that day.
I also requested an invoice via email so that I could arrange payment.
None was forthcoming

This morning I checked in again, but the vehicle had not been touched.
Admittedly, I was angry and the receptionist bore the brunt of it.
For that I apologise.
Then the owner of the franchise saw fit to pick a fight with me in front of his staff. After a heated argument I left the shop.

I found his behaviour to be juvenile to say the least.
He is and showed absolutely no respect toward me as a customer and a man twice his age.
