Very bad after sales service and dishonesty

I traded my fully paid up vehicle with cash difference for a Mercedes at this dealership. After driven only 303km there were problems with the engine. The owner of the dealership we bought it from send his mechanic to fix it. After 2 days he still could not fix the problem. He then sent the car to a "qualified and professional mechanic". He promised that we would have our car back in a few days. A week passed and then, according to him the mechanic was not qualified enough and he then send the car to another mechanic, who was in his opinion, better qualified and knows Mercedes vehicles very good. He promised to keep me update on the progress of the repairs. When it was time to deliver the car, he again had excused why the car wasn't finished yet. Which make me wonder it the first mechanic who told me that there was huge problems with the engine, was in fact honest and not incompetent as Ulrich wanted to make me believe. And what cause me to really wonder what is really happening, is that he refuse to give us either the name of the mechanic or workshop or even the address where my car is supposedly being repaired.
