Disappointing service

I bought a 150cc Enzo motorcycle at your Bellville branch on Wednesday, 4/9/2013.
I paid in full for it and was told I could come pick it up on Saturday, 7/9/2013.
I phoned the branch before I came through and was told that they didn't have the documents ready. They said the Cape Town branch hadn't sent it to them... but Cape Town branch said they had.
Whatever the case is... I still have not received the bike and necessary documentation.
I had to make special arrangements to have someone take me to the branch so I could drive the bike back home.
Now what is going to happen? I am told that I will only receive the bike on Tuesday... but I don't believe that.
Is this the service that your fully paid clients receive?
I hope they are going to deliver the bike to me on Tuesday, free of charge, to make up for this terrible service.
