Repairs that take to long

Hi

I was in a minor accident on Saturday 30/11/13, someone from the branch helped me tow the bike in. On Monday 02/12/13 I got the quote to repair the bike and told them to go ahead with the repairs. Today 05/12/13 when I phoned to find out how far they are with the bike, they told me they are still waiting for parts. When asked how long it is going to take to get the parts they told me between a week and two weeks.

This is not acceptable, parts can not take that long to arrive at the branch.

Can some one please sort this out and get back to me, my bike is my way of transport, and due to the fact that it is in for repairs, I have to make use of other people to get where i need to go, and this is not nice.
