Worst Service Ive ever seen

Firstly I hate to do this but this has gotten extremely out of hand.

I've send various emails to you guys which I have had no reply to. So that was the starting point, Send 7 to be exact, then On Thursday (the 5th of Sept). confirmed that the package is at branch went there after work, and after standing around for half an hour Johnathan came to me and said my package is not in "the big bag" his words. He then proceeded to say that he will take down my number and call me before closing time, also promised delivery Thursday, Friday or if completely necessary Saturday. nothing happened, took off Friday cause I have to get the parcel in person (yes I tried changing my address to my work one but as he stated Thursday it was still my house address) and Friday nothing happened. Stayed in all day Saturday, nothing happened (by then I have gotten the Afrihost sorry for the delay email stating that I will have my device by the 10th (today) took off today again. nothing... Phoned again, he said sorry he forgot that we spoke, nice hey? thats not all, after spending the next hour on the phone I realized no one knows where my package is? Phoned to talk to Deon. Busy all day I guess...
