Last week I used Collivery to courier a parcel from JNB to CTN for me, and the only thing they did right, was actually delivering the parcel. I received an invoice with a note including new banking details. They were identical to the details I had already. After emailing back and forth with 3 different people for 3 days, I finally paid (the old details were actually correct), and sent proof of payment to the accounts person. Over the weekend I received emails saying my payment was overdue, including an email around 2am on Monday morning!! When I complained and re-sent the proof of payment twice, I didn't receive any form of apology, merely excuses about a new automated accounts system. Clearly it needs some adjustment. Today I attempted to get phone-assistance while trying to arrange another delivery, and was quoted over R400.00 for a next WEEK delivery of a pair of shoes, from Airport Industria to Durbanville. I was shunted around from one person to the next, and finally put the phone down and contacted another company, who is doing my delivery for less than R50, and was professional & efficient in handling my request.
