MDS Collivery
Beware of dishonest quotes and surcharges!

I've just found out that MDS Collivery's quick quote system quite simply to customers in order to gain account sign ups. I used the quick quote system for a parcel and got a quote of around R140, when doing it for real however with identical parcel weights and dimensions the amount comes to R160 without any additional options like insurance.

I needed to ship the parcel and had no choice but to go forward but I find this case of blatant lying to be unacceptable. Additionally MDS Collivery charges a "Special area" surcharge for essentially every area available! Even a stock standard business complex is considered a special area and you are charged extra for it! This complex practically saves them money and time spent looking for parking since we have empty visitor bays all over!

After this I recommend people find other couriers to do business with, MDS Collivery is dishonest and untrustworthy.
