Fail on feedback after multiple requests

I have always received very good service from this branch when servicing our company vehicle, however.. When i took my own vw in for it's major service, i was introduced to another consultant - Neil. When making my service reservation, i asked for a call with a quote as i knew my vehicle was in need of some extra attention. I phoned Neil at about 14:00 (i took my car in at 07:00) and they had no quote nor have they started the service.. I was never kept up to date - eventually when their driver came to fetch me at work, i had to walk around for 2hours as the service was still in process - missing those hours at work, as i had no transport back.
Since the service, i have phoned Neil twice requesting my awaited and promised quote for the additional parts and repairs still needed to be done, as this was not done as asked during the service. I have sent an email to the dealer principal (Mr. H van der Veen) - to no avail. No response and still no quote as of yet.
I don't mind taking my vehicle somewhere else for the repairs still needed, but the major service was a pricey one, and i expect service for my money paid AND I WANT MY QUOTE
