Why Pay for DHL if they don't do their jo

AWB 8675997190 - Seem like File 13 as I'm getting ignored

Had parcel on its way from China which was stopped by customs on the Sunday.
We pre warned DHL about this parcel with correct clearance codes..
SARS informed DHL need to resubmit an amendment called a VOC.
Jason phoned and committed that Monday morning my parcel will be delivered
On Monday customs still had the parcel. Jason never submitted the VOC. Then Anesh took over
I complained to Clinton who committed to phone me back within an hour. Still waiting. Parcel arrived the Wednesday afternoon (almost 2 weeks).
1. Why was the paperwork not done
2. What reimbursement do I get for this extremely expensive Late delivery
3. They committed to send me the paperwork and report from SARS for future reference for the clearance.
All committed. I emailed various times and till today:
1. The Manager Clinton disappeared.
2. Jason is rarely in the office and do not return any emails
3. All the other never got back to me!!!
Look at the DHL log - why should I pay a courier fast service fee for a 2 week delivery.???!!!
