I recently experienced problems with my Reanult and was dealing with the dealer principal of reanult in Hatfield but he had a very very bad attitude, did not want to accommodate and help me. Instead he said the car is one year old its an import and I must go to a nother branch. Very bad attitude should be removed from that position. But then came Mr Mark Johnson to my rescue sorted out all my poroblems, good Customer relations and a Gentleman. I hereby thank him with great appreciation and hope he will be promoted to dealer Principal he is a example of good Buisness practise.
