Faulty gearbox

My son in law bought me a Chevrolet Utility in September 2012. Since the beginning I experienced a lot of problems. Firstly I wanted a canopy and it was fitted but the windows couldn't open and so they send me a second canopy. After fitting it I realised that the colour differs a lot so I told them I don't want a canopy anymore. Secondly the wipers didn't operated as it should. It made stripes on the driver side. Thirdly (My biggest headache) the gearbox give problems. It didn't want to slide into 3rd gear and also was it stiff. After numerous test drivings and tears they decided to take out the gearbox and replaced it with a brand new gearbox. I was so excited to get back the vehicle but it only lasted 2 blocks!!! The 3rd gear was doing it again and this time it was even worse!!! I took the vehicle back and the manager test drive it again and said there is nothing wrong.By this time I was so frustrated and demanded them to give me someone else to test drive it. Eventualy the Owner of the garage tested it and agreed that there is something wrong. That was exactly a week ago and after he promised me to take it up with the fabric. No news at all!!!
