I am very upset with Reanult Menlyn. It started in February when we were on our way to work when the car started to shake and went dead. The guy at work said it was all the spark plugs that was totally loose. We took the car to Menlyn and they checked everything and said the car was fine. The next week was my Grandfather's funearal and we were on our way to Heidelberg when the car did the same, we had to stop and called for Reanult assist. He said we must take the car back, but we had to go to the funearul. We allmost missed his funearal because of this. Reanult Menlyn looked at it again and said everything was fine. Today I am at my home because of the same problem. The car did the same last night and they had to tow the car to Reanult. I asked if they can give me a car to drive to work and they could not help me. I do not get paid for today because of them. My car is brand new with 40000 km. on the clock. How can this be? I am not happy at all with my car, Reanult's service department and the way that they are helping us. I would like some answers as to why this new car is giving me so much trouble.
