Yesterday 02/09/2013 my car went in for a major service for the first time, as I have never used the company Brilliant Mechanical Workshop before I was a bit hesitant. I was amassed by the friendly and professional attitude they had. Because I work so far they offered to drop and pick me up at the station. When I arrived at work I was contacted by one of their staff member, explaining the faults my car had with a breakdown of each part's price and labor cost. Although the prices was reasonable the final decision still rested with me, I had the choice what I could afford at the time and what I wanted them to carry on with in terms of my pocket. When I arrived at the station it took them 2 min collecting me, with a car cleaned, wash and driving like a dream. Needless to say I was very happy and will definitely be sending my car back for the other repairs.
