Poor workmanship

I got a quote from them to fit new tires to my alloy rims, got there and they heavily scratched my rims it cost me more than double the quoted price as "they did not have the right tools on site to do the job". instead they took my old tires off by jumping on the side walls and using crowbars and pry bars. I called Quentin to lay a complaint about the rims, he told me to come in so that he can have a look at the reported damages. I went in the first time, but he was too busy with his own car repairs to sort out my complaint. i went in the second time and he was not even there. I then emailed him to find out what he is planning to do about it, and he tell me to never set foot on his premises again.
I want to warn the other people who are planning to take their car to this place to think twice about it. They are the most unprofessional bunch of people I have ever seen. Rather spend the extra money and take it to a proper service company!!! One who takes responsibility for their actions!!!
