Poor Workmanship

Entrusted the Bloemfontein branch to re-fit a poorly installed (by PG Glass) windscreen. The exact issues I had with the prior poor installation I specifically asked them to rectify, were not. Did not seem to bother them that I was off about it.

Yes I have a old car. Yes it has a few rust spots. But prior to the poor installation it was installed perfectly. So I know for fact the issues I had could have been rectified if quality was a priority.

Anyway, I know this complaint won't make a difference to the bottom line. But if I can you out of even one client, then I will be happy.
