Very bad news - no service

We requested a quote for one of our clients for special tinted Blue safety glass. After 3 months and a lot of and stories they only ordered the glass, after we had to pay a 80% deposit of over R12 000-00 alreayd in November last year. After al lot of phone calls from our side the glass was installed 2 weeks ago. 2 of the 3 glasses that was installed was cracked during the installation. We did not have any response from them regarding the situation. They refuse to give me the owner, Lamberts contact details. There service is totally unprofessional and very poor. To save yourselve a lot of money on phone calls and deposits paid to them where they get interest on your money for months, PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!! BE WARNED
