Kwik Fit
SHOCKING outcome, vehicle damaged

As the alignment of my vehicle felt slightly out I took my Opel Corsa to Kwik Fit and requested that they do the balancing and alignment. Regardless of the fact that it was not entirely necessary.
After the 1st visit: when you turned the corner the care felt like a bus when trying to straighten (take note this car has power steering).
I returned the vehicle, where the in formed they would fix it. When collecting the vehicle I was informed that the car was taken off site as the person who does their alignment did not come to the office. This was done without my consnet or knowledge.
When I drove the car again, it was shaking like i have never felt a car shake before in my life.
I then took the car back for a 3rd time, when colecting it they informed that the wheel was buckled. My personal opinion is that this happened when they took the car off site, but i cannot prove anything. They became quite hostile when the suggestion was made.
I then refused to take the car back to them and took it to HI-Q but not even HI-Q can figure out what the problem is. They had the car alright for a week but now it shakes like mad. That is even after removing the wheel that we thought was buckled. HELP
