Purchasing a car that wasnt properly fixed

I bought a Audi A4 2005 model by marcon motors in 2011, took the car for test drive where the gearbox made a bad noise, told dealership that i will take the car on one condition, they need to fix the gearbox first, sales man said they will fix it, but i need to drive the car for a month, then they can fix the gearbox on my warranty that i took out from MFC, and then they will pay the access. After 23 000 km!!! the gearbox broke again, the same problem as the previous one, went to Marcon Motors and told them what happened, spoke to the Head of Management (Henlo Meyer) and he said there is nothing they can do from their side, and that i need to pay in R8000 access to fix the gearbox, the warranty only paid R5500, i feel this is unacceptable, the same problem occurs again and Marcon motors are saying it is not their problem. Marcon Motors are supposed to pay the access, because they didnt fix it correctly, now it is my problem and not theirs, Urgent attention please.
