First Car Rental
Due Refund not recieved

Myself and my wife rented a car in umtata on Friday (09/08/2013). The manager who introduced himself as Siya. He and the other driver were not dressed in uniform when they delivered the vehicle to us. He asked us for a R650.00 refundable fuel cash deposit which would be refunded when the vehicle is retuned filled up. We retuned the vehicle at Johannesburg airport and filled it up at Johannesburg airport on Tuesday (13/08/2013) as per arrangement. I then phoned him last week on Tuesday (27/08/2013) on his 0827866369 number to enquire why we had not recieved the refund. He informed to phone a Johannesburg number for the refund. When I phoned the number the person that i spoke to informed me that it showed on their system that we had recieved the vehicle in East London and that it was not showing on their system that we must get a refund. I then called Siya on Thursday (29/08/2013) to sort the matter out, he promised to sort it out and call me back. He did not call me back. I then called him today and still did not get any joy.
