Radiator Cap failed

Radiator cap was bought on holiday in Vredendal close to Cape town. It broke in two and is not even 4 months old. We still have the original box. I phoned Ci Automotive's head office about the problem. They said I have to contact the shop I bought it from even after explaining to them that I am in Centurion (1300km from Vredendal)
